How to book

The booking process is described below. You will be guided through every step by instructions on our website.

  • Browse through the web site and select the desired accommodation
  • Scroll down to the availability calendar and click on the arrival and departure dates to select the desired period
  • After clicking "BOOK NOW", the full price you need to pay including all mandatory charges will be shown in the box to the right of the calendar. Follow the booking process instructions.
  • Enter all passenger details (optional), especially if traveling with children, since they might benefit of some discounts. If the number of people is changed, the price will be recalculated.
  • During the booking process you may choose additional services such as breakfast, kid's bed or similar, according to the availability of additional services the apartment offers
  • Enter your user information to log in (for existing users) or register a new user account. Your name and email address will be required in order to email you booking confirmation and confirm the availability. For more information about the use of personal information, click here.
  • After the last step you will receive via email a copy of the Booking Request sent to us
  • In most cases we will need to confirm the availability with the accommodation owner. The Confirmation of Availability for your Reservation will be sent to your email address in a second e-mail, within one working day.
  • The Confirmation email will contain the link for the secure online payment by credit card as well as the link for the alternative payment via bank transfer. Please click on either link in order to pay for your reservation - our web site will guide you through necessary steps.
  • In order to secure the booking, you must pay the 30% deposit or, alternatively,  you may pay the whole amount immediately
  • NOTE: If the payment is made within 14 days of arrival - deposit payment option will not be offered, and the total amount must be paid by credit card.

  • Exceptionally, only at request and with Agency’s express consent, it is possible to pay a deposit of 30% upon booking confirmation and the remainder to the agency upon arrival (payable only in cash). Such requests should be sent by e-mail to info@rovinj.com.
  • Payment methods:

  • - Credit card (MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa, American Express®)

     

    - Bank transfer

    Once you have made the bank transfer, including the reservation nr., please e-mail the payment confirmation to info@rovinj.com (or fax it to +385 (0)52 813 365). We will confirm your booking only after receiving the deposit.

  • Three weeks before your arrival you will be sent an email reminder for the full payment together with the link
  • The total price of the travel arrangement shall be paid no later than 14 days prior to arrival
  • Upon the full payment you will receive your accommodation voucher which will contain all necessary information with regards to your arrival and check-in times
  • The status of your booking, your payments and the printable Voucher can be viewed at any time using "My Reservations" link on the top right of each page on the website www.rovinj.com
