Friendly and comfortable house Denise is located in the Valbruna area in a very quiet area. The house offers three lovingly furnished holiday apartments, one of which is occupied by the owner himself. The house has a very nice and well-maintained garden and places for bicycles.

In the neighborhood there are mostly two-storey houses for rent. Nearby there is a shop with drinks and groceries. Supermarkets are about 1500 meters away.

Hot water is included above the boiler (red light is on when the water is turned on) whose ignition buttons are located at the entrance to the bathroom where there is a bathroom light switch along with hot water.

The accommodation was very clean, the owner was very caring and very friendly. The distance to the city was a bit far, but still within walking distance. The beach Cuvi was easily accessible on foot. We were already the 3rd time in Rovinj, it is always nice.
