Located on a quiet side street in the Laco Sercio area, House Cerin is surrounded by similar houses where the owners live in one part of the house and the other part of the house is used for rental. Most of these houses are two-story, but lately more and more multi-story houses are being built. The owner lives in an apartment on the ground floor.

Nearby there is a shop with drinks and groceries, restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets are about 1000 meters away.

The house offers 2 apartments, one with a separate entrance. Both apartments have a furnished terrace and their own parking space.

Hot water is included above the boiler (red light is on when the water is turned on) whose ignition buttons are located at the entrance to the bathroom where there is a light switch in the bathroom along with hot water.
