This bungalow is ideally located near the center and the beach. In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket, bus station, restaurants, shops and cafes. The owner lives in the main house on the same property.

This apartment (40 sqm) consists of a bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, a livingroom/kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower/toilet (the bathroom has a window) and a terrace equipped with a table and chairs.

Hot water is drawn from an electric boiler. The boiler switch is located in front of the entrance to the bathroom. The switch must always be on.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment has WiFi and satellite TV with standard programs. Classified with 3 stars by the tourist board.
